Amazon MGM Studios has released the final trailer for Project Hail Mary, the upcoming science fiction epic starring Ryan Gosling and based on the bestselling novel by Andy Weir.
Directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, the film follows a lone astronaut who awakens on a spacecraft light-years from Earth with no memory of who he is or why he was sent. As his mission becomes clear, he discovers humanity’s survival depends on solving an impossible cosmic mystery. Project Hail Mary opens exclusively in theaters and IMAX on March 20, 2026.

Ryland Grace, a former science teacher with a razor-sharp mind, awakens alone aboard a spacecraft light-years from Earth with no memory of who he is or why he is there.
