ABOUT ANACONDA
Best friends Doug and Griff have been dreaming of rebooting their favorite childhood film ever since they were kids. Now in mid-life, they finally decide to press “record” on their own indie remake of Anaconda — and head into the Amazon jungle with nothing but bravado, a wedding-videographer's gear, a background actor's hope, and a legendary snake to film.
But the shot-list goes off-script fast. Their joke production turns into a fight for survival when the real giant anaconda shows up. What started as a nostalgia-fueled adventure becomes a deadly jungle expedition filled with betrayal, monstrous nature, and the realization that some “classics” are better left un-remade.
