It's been reported that Universal is considering a storyline that would include Dwayne Johnson's Luke Hobbs, Jason Statham's Decker Shaw, and Charlize Theron's Cipher. There is no word whether or not the actors have decided to join the project, and there isn't a script as of yet.
It is said that the spinoff story would revolve around Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham teaming up to go after Charlize Theron's character.
There is also no word on when this project would begin production, and Universal has yet to comment about the topic.
