It has been reported that Lizzy Caplan is currently in talks to join the cast of "Gambit". Her role would be that of the female lead.

"Gambit" will star Channing Tatum as Gambit, a Cajun man with telekinetic abilities who uses playing cards, as well as other objects, as projectile weapons. We originally saw Gambit on screen in 2009's "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" where the character was played by Taylor Kitsch.

Caplan has starred in  "Cloverfield," "127 Hours," "Now You See Me 2," and "Allied", as well as earning an Emmy Award nomination for "Masters of Sex".
