Brandon Lee stars in this explosive martial arts film as college student Jake Lo, who is pursued by smugglers, mobsters and crooked federal agents after witnessing a murder by a mafia boss (Nick Mancuso). When the witness protection program fails, Jake’s only defense against warring drug lords is whatever help he can get from a renegade cop (Powers Boothe) and his own lethal weapons – his hands.
