FlickDirect, Allison   Rose

Allison Rose is a Senior Correspondent and Critic for FlickDirect, bringing years of experience in film coverage and broadcast media. A Hofstra University communications graduate, she previously held an FCC broadcast license and now shares her movie expertise weekly on KRMS News/Talk 97.5 FM, with additional appearances on television and at industry events. Recognized as a Tomatometer-Approved Critic, Allison is an active member of SEFCA, the Florida Film Critics Circle, and the Online Film Critics Society.


Wild Rose
Between the script the visuals and the highly talented cast, Wild Rose is a great ride that you will want to go on from the minute the movie starts to its somewhat yet fitting ending.

Toy Story 4
Disney manages to breathe new life into the Toy Story franchise, and found a way to once again give a cohesive tale that again finishes Woody’s saga as a childhood toy.

Men in Black: International
Hemsworth plays his part well and is actually much of the “comic” relief in this film along with a cute chess piece Molly names Pawny voiced by Kumail Nanjiani (The Big Sick).

Dark Phoenix
Dark Phoenix's special effects were extremely well done especially on the mutants as even the smallest details were ascertainable to the naked eye.

If you are buying the other three films in this series, I would invest in this one too since it completes the set and the technical quality is the best we have seen.

Batman Forever
Regardless of whether or not this is not your favorite Batman film, the technical brilliance is hard to deny.  One watching and you will be hooked.
