Remain (2027)

M. Night Shyamalan's upcoming film Remain is a supernatural romantic thriller starring Jake Gyllenhaal as Tate Donovan, a New York architect seeking a fresh start in Cape Cod after treatment for acute depression. When Tate meets the enigmatic Wren, his orderly world is upended as love and the unexplained intersect. Co-written by Shyamalan and novelist Nicholas Sparks, the movie, inspired by the story they developed together, is set for a Feb. 5, 2027, theatrical release via Warner Bros.
