Lanterns (2026)

Lanterns follows veteran Green Lantern Hal Jordan and new recruit John Stewart, two intergalactic peacekeepers whose latest assignment brings them down to Earth. When the pair begins investigating a murder in the American heartland, what initially appears to be an isolated crime points toward something far more dangerous.

As John learns what it means to carry the responsibility of a Green Lantern, he and Hal uncover secrets surrounding the small Nebraska community at the center of their investigation. The HBO series combines a grounded detective mystery with the larger science-fiction mythology of the Green Lantern Corps, bringing Hal Jordan, John Stewart, and other familiar DC characters into the interconnected DC Universe.
