hey everybody I'm Allison with FlickDirect and we are here at the Aventura Mall in Miami for The Stranger Things pop-up store and I'm speaking with Isis good morning how are you good morning I'm so happy that you're here to check it out this is amazing tell me what goes into creating something like this merchandising locations all of it well I mean we really have a lot of work when we're doing the development phase in terms of really creating something that's authentic and really brings the world of stranger things to life and immerses fans and guests in a new way it's it's a lot of fun to kind of put together all of those pieces that you know that you watch in the series and you'd really love to explore and then from a merchandise perspective it's like what do we know that fans will love we want to really create things that people want to take home and they really want to enjoy versus you know just making something that doesn't really tie into what fans are expecting so it's a lot of fun so that brings me to my next question what are some of the favorite items that fans have really loved I happen to have the hellfire club Raglan which is definitely a top seller um we have you know our stranger things Brandon merch we also have in this store um our 11 outfits and you'll catch our Surfer Boy Pizza um merch so there's a ton of really fun items that are here we also have great Collectibles we have upside down cereal boxes that are collectible items and really fun retro toys and candy here in the store yeah this is all from my error I won't give my a joy but I do love the music that gets piped in I feel like just talking about how it's so much fun to work here because the music is so great and you it just makes you feel really happy and excited to be here yeah absolutely uh so what is one thing you really wanted to get in terms of merchandise or that fans have asked for that you can't get well of course Hellfire you know everyone I think especially with the last season everyone loves you know the hellfire club and wants to be a part of it and so it's really fun to bring those items to life um and then we've got just a variety of other fun the light brights are here we've got our magic eight ball too and so there's just a variety of things you can wear we also have a customizable station so there is a way for you to customize and personalize your product which is great especially going into the holidays yes fans of throughout the family yeah and I understand you're going to be here through the holidays so how can people come to The Stranger Things store well we are open Aventura Mall hours so people can walk in however we do encourage reservations um they're it's free there's no charge for reservations but through our website stranger things Dash store.com awesome what has been the fan reaction that you've seen so far at the other locations people are so excited to come and check it out we definitely have people getting dressed up we actually encourage it you know we want people to come as Hawkins best dressed but people are really just excited to come and like enjoy the store and check out all of the different areas do the photo opportunities and then of course walk away with something really special yeah I personally like to watch a lot we were just talking about those bands they're so fun they are awesome are the fans different in each City well of course you notice um you know different cities all have different Vibes Miami is so special because it is so Global um and there's just like of so much culture I was walking around the mall yesterday and just looking at you know how people are dressing and so I think it's fun to watch people take especially the apparel and turn it into their own Styles depending on the city that we're in um we were just saying how some of the items are like big in LA versus what might be big in another city so we're really excited to see how Miami takes you know all of these items and really brings it to life in a new way oh I think it's going to be fantastic I want to be here for Halloween because that's going to be the best dress-up absolutely and you guys need to give away a little bit of candy I think maybe some of course I mean and we've got the best Retro Candy here you know so I think that you we have to be a must stop in and if you are prepping before Halloween we do have some costumes here in store there you get some fun Halloween themed items very special I do hear that stranger things costumes are big this year for Halloween oh absolutely yeah absolutely I mean there's so many options that you can choose from whether you want to be you know have your Surfer Boy Pizza visor on or really dress up as your favorite 11.
