a massive electric talking to carry Oh is about stranger thing season three how are you doing this morning sir great how crazy does it feel knowing that we're in season three of this thing like it's yeah it's insane right I know but that's the nature of the show yeah I think once you turn it on it's hard to turn it off right and it grips you and grabs you and it won't let go you know the show has been on for a couple of years now were you a big fan and were you Benji long what that's that's what show has been going on my wife and I binge watch season one and two and like I'm sure you did to cancel or appointments and dates that we we just said we can't leave Oh what I finished this I find out what happened to practice knowing the show takes place in the eighties this year in 1985 of course how did it feel walking on facili does it feel like you're going into a time machine back into the eighties Time Machine it was surreal the attention to detail in the show as you know is phenomenal every department had everyone involved in the show brings their a game in terms of the performance direction lighting editing but also the production value which is just I've never seen anything like it I can the only hand can compare it to is is maybe Kubrick I got to really what I visit a couple of Kubrick sets as a kid and Kubrick was that way the shining hotel was practical and so are when I got onto the mall set and saw that it was all practical I was like I told him I said this is Stanley Kubrick and they were like no thank you yeah what is your quintessential thing now our minds you have the ideas like wait take a look I just think okay that's like 80 crazy hair and and shoulder pads they didn't make me wear shoulder pads in this I was really grateful for that when Wardrobe came to win yeah and the mayor doesn't have shoulder pad we're good although if they had I would have whatever was I gonna say how do you think this season differs from the previous season the kids are no longer kids anymore they're growing up and there's love in the air and they have to grow up without growing apart and you know we left them thinking that they'd solved a lot of the problems that were afflicting them at that dude during season one right but obviously we find out that's not the case and I I was gripped as we talked about season one and two but I've been watching now what they've done with this new season and somehow the duffer's have outdone themselves I mean I don't know how they managed to keep doing it but they've completely outdone themselves I think this season will will make the first two seasons seem pale in comparison now before I go I have to ask you know they particular film that set in the 80s is there any gonna be any mention of Princess Bride by chance in the season oh oh I know they you know the movie theater had like a movies playing for obviously from that pair and I think back to the future was one of them mm-hmm and I can't remember the others but yeah III don't think they wanted to do anything that oh yes well thank you so much Gary I cannot wait to see how season 3 unravels it was a pleasure meeting you sir [Music]
