When a group of rogue commandos led by ex-CIA operative William Strannix (Tommy Lee Jones) seizes control of the U.S. Navy battleship USS Missouri, the crew is taken hostage and the ship's nuclear arsenal is compromised. Their only obstacle: Casey Ryback (Steven Seagal), the ship's cook and former Navy SEAL, who becomes the last line of defense against global disaster.
